We currently have the Line with SSE and FTTC with plusnet. I would like to bring the line to Plusnet too but unfortunalty there is a problem.
10 years or so ago we renumbered our house after the demolition of the building next door. Our telephone provider were informed as was everyone else. But we have an error on the BT database because SSE havent/wont tell openreach the updated house number via an ordi process (all confirmed with openreach)
Now to the point of the post. Is it possible to bring the landline to plusnet to be with the broadband bearing in mind the database error?
