Can someone at plusnet help me please

Hi, im posting on behalf of Kirbyy Mirza her account name is [mremoved]
she was meant to have a new phone line installed on the 12th of September 2014, however i just got an email saying that this is now happening on 24/9/2014
can i ask why this is now changed???
Kirby is only 17 and has a 16 month old son, she lives on her own, so she really needs a  working phone line in case of any emergencies.
I brought her a mobile but the signal round her home is very poor, is anyone at plusnet able to bring this date forward?, she has also ordered broadband, but that not so important as having telephone access

You may not get an answer this weekend unless some of the staff that man the forums are working today.
Have you checked the tickets on her account to see if there is an explanation ?
You might want to ring Plusnet if you need an answer before Monday - freephone number but maybe get her to do it from your phone as it will be charged from a mobile.

There has been errors flagged up with the account, so I will send the account holder a ticket update shortly.
If they are unable to get online at the moment, I can give them a call if it's more convenient.
