Can receive calls but not make them!

Got an email today saying my phone line is now active but i cant make calls!

Hi there,
I suspect that's because the initial fee on the account is still outstanding I'm afraid, the Direct Debit isn't set up yet so we haven't been able to take it - sorry about that. You could add a credit or debit card for that payment which would sort things out for you, or you could wait for the DD to set up - I'd expect that to be done within the next couple of days at the latest.

this fee has been paid and ive put credit on but still not working grrrr!!
