I have Fibre Unlimited with Evening and Weekends line rental. Can I downgrade it to the free PAYG option? Just been looking at BT and at the moment worth my while moving over to them. I pay £39.98 for my current PN package!
You can remove your call plan but you’ll need to continue to pay for your broadband and line rental. Probably worth calling customer options on 0800 013 2632. If you’re out of contract you may get a cheaper deal by renewing.
