Calls to the Customer Option team

Recently phoned COT to discuss (and get) a very good retention deal Smiley HOWEVER, I've just noticed a cost for the call on my latest phone bill -but shouldn't all calls to PN be free as a PN phone customer Huh

Sorry about that! I've flagged this with the Billing team and I'll refund the call charge on your account. You should receive the refund in the next 5-7 working days.

You might recall that I raised this exact same issue over a month ago - did the cots number not get added to the back end systems?.
