Calls to mobiles

My Broadband and Phone plan says it includes Unlimited UK & Mobile Calls.

Why then am I still being charged for calls to mobiles?

Unable to get through to PN on Live Chat (it's disabled) an rediculous wait times on the phone

Try https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search (you need to be logged in to the portal) where you should see a list of open tickets.

I'm sorry that you are having issues accessing the ticket response from my colleague.
