Calls to mobiles

Hi

When I was with Sky for my Anytime telephone service they offered inclusive calls to mobiles.  I wonder if PlusNet would consider doing the same.  I do realise that the cost would increase.

Regards

Jim

Re: Calls to mobiles

Fix

Hello there and welcome to the forums.

At the moment we have a mobile call plan that offers 100 minutes. From the 1st September with our new pricing, we'll be offering a call plan for unlimited mobile minutes (subject to a fair use policy) which can be bundled with our anytime call plan.

This is my personal Community Forum account to help out around these parts while I'm at home. If I'm posting from the 1st March 2020, this means I'm off-duty with no access to internal systems.

Re: Calls to mobiles

Just to clarify, it's not that you can bundle it with the anytime call plan.

We're offering two new call plans -

Evening & Weekends & Mobile Calls: £4 per month. Includes 1000 minutes fair usage to mobiles.

Unlimited UK & Mobile Calls: £8 per month. Includes 2000 minutes fair usage to mobiles.
