I have Anytime International 300 with mobile add-on.
I am not, however clear what I will be charged to call a UK mobile abroad, e.g. in the US.
Can anyone advise?

Doesn't matter where called party is- you'll be charged for a UK mobile call.

However it's worth noting the person answering the mobile abroad may also be charged by their mobile provider for answering a call while abroad if I remember right.
