Calls to Ireland from Northern Ireland

Hi all,
I'm on the Evenings and Weekends package and phone the republic of Ireland regularly. However these calls seem to be showing up as "UK Calls" and are not using up the 300 inclusive minutes.
Are calls to Ireland from Northern Ireland treated as UK calls or international calls?
I believe BT treats them as UK calls.
Regards,
Stuart

Re: Calls to Ireland from Northern Ireland

HI Stuart,
We've checked our call processing database and can confirm that calls from Northern Ireland to the republic are classed as UK calls and not international.

Re: Calls to Ireland from Northern Ireland

Hi,
What about calls from England to the republic? Are they international calls (I would assume so, as it is listed in the top 20 international destinations).
I have read a few answers and its still not clear to me nor quite a few users.
Thanks

Welcome to the forum fportac.  Smiley
Your assumption is correct - from England Wales & Scotland calls to Irish Republic (00353.....) are international and included in the Top 20 International Destinations.
