Calls to Bulgaria are not in the International Call package

I just wonder if the people in PlusNet realise that Bulgaria joined the EU in 2006 and has been a full member of the EU since 2014. Otherwise I cannot understand  why telephone communications with that country are so expensive. TalkTalk allows you free calls to both landline and mobile number of Bulgaria for a monthly International fee of £5.

I think it is time Plusnet keeps up and recognises that Bulgaria is not some remote obscure place and many of us need to talk to relatives and friends in Bulgaria on a regular basis.

Please let me know when there is an update to the list of countries in the International package to include Bulgaria.

Thanks for getting in touch, I'm not aware of any plans at the moment to alter the countries in the Top 35 international destinations, sorry about that.
