Calls to 0345 numbers

I have to make a call to my local hospital and it's an 0345 number.    I'm on Evenings and Weekends with Plusnet, will this be a free call after 7pm and at weekends?        I

They are counted as included calls on your calling plan.

Many thanks James.    I have to ring to cancel and rearrange a hospital appointment, so I'll wait until after 7pm tonight to do it.
Upon checking calling rates. I see now that Talk Evenings & Weekends is no longer offered as a free package and for new customers; it has changed to Plusnet Evenings & Weekends chargeable at £1.50 per month.  Is there any plan to discontinue the Talk Evenings & Weekends to existing customers and switch us to the chargeable package?

I don't believe there are, no. I'm not sure what your options would be when it comes to changing the product though, should you ever wish to.

Thanks Matt.  I have no intention of changing my product if the price structure remains the same.
