I am not sure if this is a Plusnet issue. I have diverted my uk landline to my french landline. This works fine in that my french phone rings and the calling number is shown. However, if I don't answer within the standard five rings, the call should go to the Orange answering service. However it does not and eventually the caller gets a message that rules on France have changed and I should call the operator. But which one. This had always worked for many years but I cannot find any info about the issue and it's solution.
