Calls being charged seperately from main billing *AGAIN*

Once again plusnets dire billing system goofs up and has charged me for my calls seperately from the rest of the account billing all on the same day.
When this happened a few months ago I was assured it was a 1 off error, but now there will be 2 seperate direct debits going out and worse of all I was not INFORMED by email of the direct debit for the call charges, which I think breaks the direct debit guarantee if you do not give notice.

I was charged separately for my calls this month, all 20p of them,  direct debit should go out tomorrow I would guess.    However I did receive an email, informing me of the charge followed a few hours later with the email notifying me of the Broadband and Home Phone Rental charges.

Hmmm, it looks like this has become unsynchronised again due to scheduled product changes. Sad
We did do the cleanup required for this issue back at the start of December, but haven't rolled the fix for the underlying cause yet (hence it happening again).
Currently badgering developers.
