Calls To 01624 (Isle of Man)

Hi Guys
I know calls to UK 01,02.0845,0870 numbers are included in my calls package, but does this also include calls to the Isle of Man?
The area code is 01624, which would suggest it is included in my calls package, but when I call using my mobile it's not included in my minutes as far I can remember.

Can't find the reference now, but the only exclusion I remember seeing was to the Channel Islands.

So it looks as though both may be charged

This question just came up internally.  Calls to the channel islands are included.
