Calling features delay in activation

To avoid the frustrations I have suffered, be aware that when asking for calling features the delay is much longer than the single working day quoted at https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features
I asked for caller display on 23rd Feb and voicemail & ringback on 15th March, but activation of these is now scheduled to be delayed until about 28th March.  Previously when I phoned to enquire about the delay I was told they would be ready within 3 days i.e. now.
I think the PN website should at least set realistic expectations and let us know if there is a longer than expected delay.  I'm not sure what causes this delay, or why it takes more than a minute to toggle a switch to turn them on.  Also, shame there is not a consistent responce by different call centre staff.

Hi there,
Ordinarily feature orders are added within 24-72 hours of being requested (depending on the feature type).
However, at the moment we have something of a backlog of orders, and a Service Status has just been posted regarding this, which you can see here.

Now over a month since caller display was asked for (before the move of phone service to PN).  Still awaiting activation despite the promises.  If I understood the reason I may be less angry - it may not even be PN's fault.
