Thanks for getting back and I am glad to hear things are working for you after a temporary fix was put in place.

If your issue occurs again please let us know and we can take steps to implement the permanent fix you mentioned.

So far I have not been contacted by BT regarding the new cable.

Is this going ahead?

Thanks for getting back in touch.

 

I can see that our suppliers have confirmed in the engineer notes that further work is required, however, the work is non-service impacting and we have no current timescale for this to be carried out. From experience, this sort of work will be carried out when a similar job/need presents itself to minimise disruption - however. with the work being classed as non-service impacting, it is unlikely to undertaken as a priority. I'd expect our suppliers to contact you directly as and when the additional work is due to commence.
