Caller id

Thinking about getting a new landline phone with caller id feature, but how do I know if my plusnet package includes this service?

Log into your member centre - https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login

Look for the phone tab - https://www.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_my_account

Click call features - https://www.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features

From there, I'm not too sure as I already have it (it's free btw;)), but probably tick the box and see if a confirmation box pops up.

(check and T's and C's too before committing)

edit, possibly hit the add features button (red arrow)

No problem

For future reference, from the 'call feature' tab, you should also see 'remove call features' in blue. If you ever wanted to remove features, if for example you click one by accident, then click that one too ;). I'd thought I'd point that out as imho it's easily missed!
