Caller id

Tried to talk to agent using online chat,and was talking to Jane,until my dog decided to jump on me and the laptop,whereupon we were cut off.
My phone service migrated from Talktalk this morning,but for some reason Caller display does not work,even though,it was agreed to be part of my package (agreed with Justin two weeks ago),and paid for then.Please would someone re-instate CLI (Caller Display) as soon as possible,it is imperative as we use it for security. Sad

Managed to talk on line,and cd should be on the run within 24hrs

Can you try dialling *#234# . If there is an announcement to state that the service is disabled, please try enabling it by dialling *234# .

Sorry Matthew,
Tried that several times,all I get is that callers id will not be displayed.Now getting frustrated!!

Success at last,looks like caller display went live at around 2330 last night,thanks to those that helped
