Caller id stopped working at noon

Hi, I noticed that calls are now just showing as incoming calls, I logged into plus net and there's a little green dot next to caller display in call features. Thanks for any help.

OK, to update, numbers are showing up, but I believe only from landlines, trying from my mobile (not WiFi) it just says incoming call, is that correct? Thanks

Hi there, caller display should work from mobiles too as long as the number isn't being withheld by the caller, some phones have a setting for this "show caller ID" so you might want to check that's enabled.
