Changed over to Plusnet 16/9 & pre-ordered caller id. It was on my call features as activated, but despite following the troubleshooter advice (#234#) it said it was unavailable. I have requested cancellation of the feature, but I really want it activated - I have been charged for it afterall! I have sat on the online chat for an hour & 30 minutes tonight - 45 minutes at no. 1 in the queue, only to then be thrown off as it was after 10pm!!! Seriously unimpressed so far!! Can a Plusnet person please sort this out for me ASAP? I see I am not the only one to have this problem, & that is disappointing to say the least - please sort it out!!
