Have you switched it on or at least gone into your account and checked that it's on?

Hi @Kanthima

 

You can check your line by dialling *#234# if your line states that Caller Display is not active, please then dial *234#

 

This should then activate Caller Display on your line if the service has been taken out by yourself.
