Joined plusnet and my caller display stopped working since I transferred. Has always shown on my account as active. I contacted live chat who said it has now been added but it is still not working. Keeps saying “sorry this service is not available”. Can someone please help with this?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I've noticed this issue be reported by several people recently.
It usually gets sorted by having the facility removed and then added back on, but you need a member of staff to pick this up and see to it for you.

I've checked your account and caller display appeared to be missing from the account and the line.
It looks like this may have happened as multiple people tried removing and re-adding this in a short space of time to try and fix the reported problem in line with what @azc said would usually happen.
I've arranged for this to be re-added now and it should be active shortly.
