Caller display not working
I'm a newbie and connected to Plusnet B/Band and phone today.
My caller display service which I subscribed to and was working perfectly for over 5+ years till yesterday, is not working on plusnet today?
I wrote to Plusnet via online chat and after a very long wait, was told it should be okay after 24 hours. I am happy to wait 24+ hours, but having read so many other Plusnet members having the same issue as mine, some of who've waited for over a month! I'm really not holding my breath.
In case I've read old posts etc, but can someone tell me if a quicker solution has been found round this apparently common issue?

Hi Gurdial and welcome to the Community forums,
Having checked the order I can see it's completed and your caller display should now be active and working. It should have been added yesterday when the line came active but wasn't and it's usually a fault with this call feature which can take some time to resolve however I'm confident this isn't what's happen in your case. Let us know if it up and running.
