Switched phone and fibre services from BT last week. All services are now active however my requested Caller Display feature is not working although it is showing as "activated" on my Plusnet account.
Dialling *#234# gives the message "Sorry the service requested is not available, thank you for calling, please hang up"
Anyone else had this problem?

Go to the fix.
Spoke with Plusnet support online chat who are going to "deactivate" and "reactivate" the Caller ID service on my account to see if that resolves the issue.
Will report back if this resolves the issue or not.
