Caller display not working

Hi I moved house a couple of weeks ago everything went as planned but my caller display now doesn't work. States on my account it is active but I just get incoming call on my phone. Can anyone help. Tia 😁

Hi there,

Unfortunately it doesn't look like we've added caller display on when we provisioned your line at your new address.

I'm adding this on now and it should be working within an hour.
