Caller display not working

I have just migrated over from BT and my caller display is not working, tried the code on my phone and it's not available despite being active in my control panel.

Please help

Hi @disk0 

Can you dial *#234# from your handset please?

If there is an announcement to state that the service is disabled, you can enable it by dialling *234#.

If CD is still not working after this then give us a shout and we can progress accordingly.

Apologies for the late reply, just back from holiday.  I checked before I went and again when I got back, dialing *#234# or *234# results in the service requested is not available.

I have removed and re-added Caller Display on your line for you. Please can you test it again now, and let us know how it goes.
