Caller display not working

Hi, I moved last week and now my caller display is not working on my phone. I have dialled *234# and it is telling me this service is unavailable.
Can anyone help? Thank you.

Sorry to hear that.

It looks like when we placed the orders to transfer your services it wasn't selected.

I've done this for you manually and it should be up and running within a hour.
