Caller display not working

Hi, we had our home phone activated on Thursday but the caller display function is not working.

How can resolve this?

Are you paying for it? Check here under 'Call Features': https://www.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_my_account. If you are paying for it then contact Plusnet either by phone (patience required) or online chat (make sure that any pop up blockers including those automatically added to some web browsers are disabled first).

If your not paying for it then add it by clicking the 'Call Features' tab on this page.

It doesn't look like your call features are active on the line so I've placed an order to put them on which should happen tomorrow. As a gesture of goodwill, I've refunded the 99p you've paid to us for caller display.
