Hi we recently joined plusnet and have caller display selected on my account but it is currently not working. Can this be fixed please. thanks x

Sorry to see caller display wasn't activated on your line initially. It looks like this has since been resolved.

Hi, same problem here. Customer services said it would activate it. I got two emails, the first acknowledged the request and the second said "We've completed the changes... We've added Caller Display.".
But hash234hash tells me "Callers identities will not be displayed?
What gives please?

If you dial #234# again what does it say?
Usually if the service isn't active on the line when someone dials that, I believe it advises the feature isn't on the line.
Dialling that number should switch it on or off while still having the feature on the line (Although I'm not sure why someone would pay for it and then disable it)

Thanks Harry. I get the same message every time I dial hash234hash... "Caller's identities will not be displayed" Maybe there is now another toggle to switch the display back on?

Hi Harry. Just to let you know its working now. Your pal MatthewWheeler, posting to a similar question had the answer... hash234hash switches caller display off (but why would you do this as you said?). But *234hash switches it back on.
