Caller display not working

I have caller display listed as active on my account, but when I have tried the fix reported it says its unavailable. Calls incoming are listed as just that with no indication of caller number. How can I fix this please? Thanks

Hi Hal,

Apologies for this, it looks like the service wasn't added back on after your recent house move.

I've manually ordered it for you (it should be working within about 3 hours from now) and have refunded the costs for caller display for the last couple of months.
