Is it possible for someone from plusnet to turn my caller display on and off again please , I have swapped over to you in the past week and have now lost my caller display, after a 25 minute online chat the representative firstly told my exchange did not support caller display!!! Even though BT supplied caller display And was then told it could be a wiring problem in my property, it’s only 2 wires ! If they had a problem nothing would work ! He then wanted me to agree to a open reach engineer at a possible cost of £65. But after searching the community it seems to be a common problem with plusnet and just needs turning on and off again, as I said it worked with BT so the only thing different is plusnet.
