Caller display not working since installation

 With my previous supplier I had Caller Display.  Since I moved over to PlusNet no caller display.  Previously been working fine.  On the system says there is an add on in system therefore until it is lifted no caller display.

 

Can you help.

Did you order? I believe this is something you have to opt in for [££].
Check in your My Account options on the PN Portal.

AIUI Caller Display now has to be included FoC by telephone providers, although it may still require an opt-in.  Smiley
