Caller display not working - new customer

Hello,

 

I switched from talk talk to PlusNet - 09.05.18.

 

The caller displays doesn't seem to have kicked in as yet.

 

Could this be looked at please?

did you PURCHASE it in the phone control panel?
If not then you need to do so, if so then someone will pick it up from PN hopefully.

I've looked on the dashboard it is showing with a green block against caller display.

I selected it when I signed up.

It looks like caller display hadn't correctly been ordered on the phone line. I have placed the order for you now and it should be active for you in the next 24 hours.
