Caller display issue

I have the same issue a few others have mentioned. We moved to another address last September and stayed with Plusnet. Caller display worked at our old address but not here. Shows as a green box to say we have it on the account, but not happening. Do Plusnet need to notify BT to sort this? When I dial the *#234# number is says not available

@Karen_99 welcome to the forums.It sounds like PN haven't completed the work to enable this function. Sometimes, it is added to your 'package' but the automated systemgets itself in a muddle - I'm afraid you will probably have to call them up and ask for a manual change.

I'm sorry to hear your caller display isn't working.

As @jab1 has guessed above the feature isn't live on our supplier's system.

I've placed the order to resolve this for you and this should now be working

Thank you so much Matthew. I was on hold for 50 minutes yesterday to plusnet so gave up!!!
We have had a few of these automated nuisance calls, but can't reject or block as wasn't showing the number.
All sorted now, brilliant thank you again
