Caller display is not working

My broadband and phone accounts have recently been transferred following a house move, but caller display is not working. I've tried *#234# and was told the service is not available. I've checked my account and the service is listed on my bill. Tried ringing tech. support but waiting time is 30 minutes! Live chat isn't working. Can anyone from Plusnet help? Thanks.

Hi there, sorry to hear your caller display isn't working. I've checked the acocunt to see it's on there but when checking the internal systems I can see it's not. I have then placed an order and the caller display should be working by this time tomorrow at the very latest for you.
