Caller display/id not working

I am trying to resolve my caller id, ever since switching over to plusnet the caller id has stopped working. I spoke to plusnet customer support on Saturday (after 40 minutes waiting to get through to someone) and they said it would be resolved after 48 hours and yet it still not working.

 

Under the dashboard it says Caller Display (Awaiting activation)

 

How do I go about getting this activated? It was active before but plusnet removed it from my account and I added it back in 2 days back.

I'm sorry to hear your caller display isn't working.

I've placed the order to readd it manually and it should be up and running within the hour
