Caller display awaiting activation for weeks?

Hi
I added caller display to my account within a few days of activation with you, it states that call features are added within 24 hours but it's been weeks now and is stuck at awaiting activation.  Is it not applied until the next calendar month/payment request?
I'd be grateful if someone could advise.

Have you tried dialling  *#234#

Hi Launton,
I've added this on for you via Openreach's systems. Should be there within 24 hours.
I've raised your account with the concerned team to get it to stop showing as "awaiting activation".
