I'm a newbie and my services are now active,but noticed that caller display is not working so too the 1571 service .can PN staff look into this please. If I've not added them to the account, can these be added please

I see you've put an order through to add caller display on to your account since making this post, and that completed as I was typing my response.
For some reason, caller display is showing active on your account, but not actually on the line. I've submitted an order to correct this and it should be active within 1 working day (Although this type of order usually completes much sooner)
