Caller display and voicemail

My phone and broadband went active on the 6th October but my caller display and voicemail are not working.  Can someone please help.  Thanks

I'm not sure why these call features aren't actually active on your line at the moment, but I've placed an order to get them activated. They should be working by the end of the day on Monday if not sooner.
