Caller display and call protect added then removed

I tried to add caller display to my features. Got sent an email saying call protect would be removed. Called customer service. Got everything added but had to wait for it to be finished. Was told I’d be notified when it was completed. I wasn’t so I rang again and was to told activate it. At this point it was working fine. Now I receive email saying that both caller display and call protect will be removed, 5 mins later one saying they are removed. Rang customer service and they have been removed and I have to wait for them to be added again. What’s going on?

Evening @vgriro 

I'm sorry for all the issues you've had with your call features.

This was down to a mismatch between our end and our suppliers end

The good news is it should be fully fixed now 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
