Caller display and 1571 not working

Hi we recently joined plusnet and have 1571 and caller display selected on my account but it is currently not working. Can this be fixed please. thanks x

Apologies that these aren't working correctly. I've ensured they are now added to your line. Please let me know if they are not working after a few hours.
