I looked up online to see if I could arrange caller Id. I did this on the dropdown menu on my phone page.
That was in November.
This is still not working although there is still an open ticket, which says I will be contacted, no one has!
Whats the best thing to do to get something done!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear of the delay we're having in activating your caller display feature.
It looks like there's an open order that's stuck on the Openreach systems which is preventing us from placing another order to add a call feature to your phone line.
I've raised a task with Openreach and we expect to hear back within 5 working days.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Your caller display feature should now be active on your line.
Can you confirm that it's working?
