Caller Id not working

Hi, I've had caller id enabled for several years on my plusnet account. However, I've recently moved house and it isn't working at my new address. My account shows it is enabled, but dialing the *#234#method says it says it is not enaled. Please canyou reactivate this for me ?. Thanks John

This should be a simple fix plusnet will send out another request to openreach to trigger your caller ID I had the same problem when I moved address was all sorted out within 24 hours

Hi @Tireddad,

 

I'm sorry that your caller display feature wasn't moved over to your new address. I've placed an order to add this onto your line now and it will be active within 24 hours at the latest.
