Caller Id not working since transfer from EE Broadband

Read an earlier post this week on this forum and my caller ID function is not working *234# states the function is not available. I have also noticed that the clock on the Panasonic phone did not adjust back in October - I suspect, it may be related. Can you please let me know if Caller ID is properly enabled?
