Caller Id not working since transfer from EE Broadband

Read an earlier post this week on this forum and my caller ID function is not working *234# states the function is not available. I have also noticed that the clock on the Panasonic phone did not adjust back in October - I suspect, it may be related. Can you please let me know if Caller ID is properly enabled?

Sorry about this, I've placed an order to activate caller display on your line.

Try it again after an hour and let us know if you have any issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
