Caller ID has not been working on phone line since moving to Plus.net but it did with the previous supplier.
Contacted previously and this is supposed to have been resolved, but it's still not working.
I've tried to amend the account online but I've now got the following message and have had for a few days so I'm stuck in limb again:
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
Can someone from plus.net please get this issue sorted out once and for all?
