My Home Phone / Broadband services were activated on 21st August, but the Caller ID function (although showing as activate on the Control Panel) - isn’t working on my Handset. I have tried dialling *#234#, but it says “Service unavailable”. Does anybody have any further suggestions please?
It looks like caller display wasn't added as a feature on the line upon placing the orders. I do apologise about this, I have now placed the order to add this to your active line and this will complete within the next 24 hours.
