I have recently signed up to plus.net and my caller ID is not working. I am paying for it as it shows up on my bill but my phone is not displaying a number when people phone me, it just says "call"
I tried *#234# and got the message "this service is unavailable" making it sound like the service is not on my account yet I am paying for it.
Go to the fix.

I'm sorry to see caller display isn't active on your line despite being on your account. I've got an order placed to correct this, so I'd expect the service to be active later today for you.
I've also issued a refund for the caller display payment that was taken on your previous invoice, this will be paid back to the account it was taken from within 5 working days.
