Just joined Plusnet a few weeks ago, but Caller ID not working.
After fiddling about checking settings on the phone itself, I tried using the *#234# which tells me the service is not available.
Account features shows it to be active though.
If someone could manually sort this out at Plusnet's end that would be great. And perhaps a refund for my wasted time, not an ideal start for a new customer.
I'm sorry to see there's been an issue with this. Luckily we can put this right pretty quickly. I've raised an order to activate caller display within the next 3 hours time.
I've also refunded £1.98 to account for the 99 pence over payment and a further 99p included as a good will gesture.
