Caller ID not working

Hi
Phone line changed from BT to Plusnet today and caller ID has stopped working although it is showing as active in the member control panel. *#234# says 'not available'  Could someone investigate for me?

Already sorted thanks.  Spent 45mins on Friday waiting to get through to online chat to be told CallerID hadn't been processed (as I suspected).  It's working now.
